We had an issue with Armadillos. We called Niusance Wilflife Service and Dustin came right out and set the traps. They set more traps within a few days and we started catching them. Finally after trapping seven Armadillos and a huge Opossum, that seemed to do the trick. They were professional and responded quickly to our calls. We called about a possum that took up residency in our backyard. We needed it gone because of our small Yorkie-Poo. They came out in twenty minutes and humanely trapped it. Here’s why I like Dustin and his people. They take this critter-catching thing personally. If they owned and lived in my house, they couldn’t have worked any harder getting it wrapped up tight. I actually had to catch myself a couple of times from saying, “oh, you don’t have to do that.” They did it. And more. Stuff I would have never found and never known about, they repaired. They even anticipated places tree rats may someday take a liking to and reinforced them also. They caught and humanely relocated a raccoon and a possum. The big rat that had been harassing us, alas, did not fare as well. He won’t be missed. They did all this with courtesy and good humor. Don’t waste time with any other company. I called Nuisance and they came out the same day. Dustin really looked over my house and found several issues with critters getting in my attic. This company did an excellent job with the wildlife situation we had. They were professional, conscientious, and said what they told they would do. They were always available and made sure they returned several times after the job was done to make sure their work was complete and we were satisfied. Dustin and Shane, professional team and very knowledgeable and experienced. Dustin pinpointed every place he saw as entry points for critters to get in and explained how they would be sealed up. Shane came everyday and worked on my home to repair these entry points so critters would not be able to get back in. Shane went above and beyond, an exceptional job well done ! I was recommended to Nuisance Wildlife Services (NWS) by Premiere Pest, my long-term termite and pest control provider. I was not disappointed. From my first call and excited explanation of noise and activity in the attic, I was reassured by the calm, knowledgeable, and rapid response of these professionals. Based on solid animal behavior experience, Dustin and Shane described the plan to remove the identified culprits from the attic. They removed two baby raccoons and evicted the mama in the most humane way possible and were dedicated to getting the babies to a responsible rehabber to allow them to be later re-released. They worked in heat exhaustion conditions to be sure the house was sealed for all nuisance critters and coordinated with me and my schedule on their multiple visits to rebate the traps, seal off entry points, and return the soffit to its original form after the remaining exit was removed. They are completely professional. I called Dustin as he was boarding a flight and het got Shane to come out and absolutely nailed it. We had 3 raccoons coming during the day and night. Shane put out traps and by nightfall, we had 1 and Shane came back out and removed it and replaced the trap and lo and behold, I wake up and there is another ONE. These guys are awesome... Dustin and his employees are absolutely awesome. I had raccoons digging up plants at night to get to worms. The plants would be left with roots exposed resulting in me spending a lot of time and effort replanting them and in losing several plants that were new to my yard this year. When baiting a cage didn’t get immediate results he set up a camera to catch the culprit in action and changed strategies to catch the critter. He ultimately trapped and relocated 6 raccoons. Dustin was great. He was able to come by our house the same day we called. We had squirrels in the roof crawl space that has no actual access to it, so I was unsure about what could be done. It was no problem for Dustin. He humanely trapped several of the squirrels. He found where they were getting in and sealed that off plus any other places they might try to get in. We’ve been squirrel free for 5 days now! He was timely, thorough and polite. He was also respectful of our 1924 home, and made sure all repairs fit with the home and looked good/invisible.
